Hamilton, Canada Dragons Fire Golf Club Full time

Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Operate equipment and power tools, including utility vehicles, mowers and tractors
- Mow, trim, irrigate, and fertilize turf areas
- Edge, rake and maintain sand traps and cart paths
- Set tee markers and hole placement on greens
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working order
- Report equipment problems or failures immediately
- Following all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous Golf Maintenance or Landscaping experience an asset
- Personal transportation, either motor vehicle or bike as public transportation won't get you to the facility on time
- Must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions
- CPR and First Aid Certificates an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Ability to focus attention on golfer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
