At **Oakridge Landscape Contractors**, we don’t just maintain properties - we elevate them. We’re looking for a **Grounds Keeping Manager** to oversee our **Janitorial**, **Landscape Maintenance**, and **Snow Removal** divisions with excellence, energy, and pride.

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years in **Property or Facility Management**.
- Expertise in **landscape maintenance, janitorial, and snow/ice control**.
- Strong understanding of **project costing**, safety standards, and contract management.
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As the Grounds Keeping Manager, you’ll:

- Oversee daily operations for our janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal teams.
- Ensure all properties meet top-tier standards - clean, safe, and beautiful.
- Coordinate with clients, manage contracts, and follow up on service excellence.
- Build and grow relationships with vendors, sub-trades, and clients.
- Visit sites regularly, monitor quality, and act swiftly on issues.

**Landscaping Division**:

- Ensure every turf, tree, and flower bed meets our and our clients’ high standards.
- Build seasonal work schedules and keep the team on track.
- Manage materials, crews, and sub-trades for herbicide and fertilizer treatments.
- Oversee hiring and crew planning for groundskeeping.

**Janitorial Division**:

- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and tenant-friendly.
- Maintain open communication with site tenants and property owners.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and manage monthly invoicing.

**Snow & Ice Division**:

- Plan and manage snow/ice operations, from plowing to salting.
- Ensure all sites are safe and fully serviced 24/7.
- Document pile placements, weather logs, and pre-season client meetings.
- Manage contractors and sub-trades for peak performance during storms.
