Rossdown Natural Foods is seeking a **Recruitment Specialist**. This role will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment activities across a group of companies including for all non-union employees. We are a _tight knit people and culture team_ who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will also have the the responsibility to provide generalist support to the Rossdown Farms operations. Recruitment is 65% of the main role while 35% is generalist and project work.

**The Role**
- Drive and manage all stages of full-cycle recruitment.
- Provide front line support for Rossdown Farms, such as training, investigations, weekly meetings, and supporting employee social events
- Work with managers/supervisors in building realistic job descriptions for various roles.
- Provide support to our HR Coordinator/Jr Recruiter for union positions.
- Thoroughly evaluate and qualify applicants for specific qualifications prior to moving them through the interview process.

**The Requirements**
- 3+ years of related experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Inside sales background is an asset.
- Post secondary degree or diploma in HR is an asset
- Adaptable approach to problems - you are able to think quickly on your feet
- Outstanding verbal, written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially outlook
- Ability to work independent
- Ability to work with various levels of management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
