We are currently looking for a **Driver Recruiter and Social Media Specialist** to join our team The Driver Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including assessing, qualifying and onboarding qualified professional drivers to meet our customer’s needs.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Engaging with drivers on a daily bases
- Weekly blog posts on our social media accounts and marketing for Triple Eight Transport.
- Coordinating with all team members to ensure documents are completed in full.
- Assist accounting with any request when required.
- Maintain files related to drivers, and fleet.
- Assisting / Educating drivers when required with paperwork, and procedures.
- Enter new orders into the system and maintain the customer portals with up to date information.
- Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence documents.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review as well as per client requests.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience would be required
- Some post-secondary education is an asset

- Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada
