We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English & French) to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with one to two years of experience in recruitment or business development who wants to grow in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Source and engage top talent through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
**Business Development & Client Relations**
- Identify, contact, and develop relationships with active and inactive clients.
- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service and strategic placements.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- One to two years of experience in recruitment, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in business development, prospecting, and client engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsabilités principales**
**Recrutement & Acquisition de talents**
- Identifier et recruter les meilleurs talents via différentes plateformes, références et approches directes.
- Gérer le cycle complet du recrutement, de la prospection à l’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
**Développement des affaires & Gestion des relations clients**
- Identifier, contacter et développer des relations avec des clients actifs et inactifs.
- Effectuer des appels à froid, prospections et suivis pour générer des opportunités d’affaires.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche afin de comprendre leurs besoins en personnel et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Maintenir de solides relations avec les clients en assurant un service de qualité et des placements stratégiques.
**Autres responsabilités**
- Se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des meilleures pratiques en recrutement et acquisition de talents.
- Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l’entreprise et les règlements en vigueur concernant le recrutement.
**Profil recherché**
- Bilingue en anglais et en français (écrit et oral).
- Une à deux années d’expérience en recrutement, développement des affaires ou un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations.
