I'm looking for a customer service oriented, self motivated individual to work in the fast paced and highly rewarding field of new home sales. Currently our showhome is located in Rosenthal on the west side of Edmonton and Riverside in St. Albert. By working together and meeting the ongoing needs of clientele, we can build a rewarding and successful sales team environment. This job is a stepping stone to a career as an area sales manager which comes with much more responsibility and much greater rewards. Social media experience with Instagram and Facebook is needed for this position along with general computer knowledge. The applicant must have a vehicle and drivers license.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- working Saturday and Sunday Noon to 5pm is mandatory
- greeting and showing sales center guests through show homes
- providing information to visitors as needed
- increasing product knowledge and knowing the community
- overcoming customer objections
- keeping customer files up to date
- preparing paperwork
- follow up customer phone calls
- establishing relationships with potential clients
- doing what it takes to work with me in creating sales
- creating stories, reels, and posts on Instagram and Facebook

**Qualifications and Skills**
- must be computer literate with experience using microsoft word, and excel
- must be organized and detail oriented
- experience using sales simplicity an asset
- experience in new home sales an asset
- experience with computers and social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: $2,500/month plus $500/sale (Works out to on average $35 per hour)
