**Signifly Montreal are looking for a Creative Digital Content Wizard / Creative Production Talent / Creative Idea Incubator and Executor**:
**We are looking for great talent that can execute on creative productions from beginning to end.**:
You might identify as a _videographer, content creator, editor, art-director, animator _or something completely different. Your title is less important, the work you’ve done more so

We’re looking for a person that can **steer, lead and execute** creative products from start to finish. And who is familiar with creating creative compelling work for campaigns, content, and experiences for a variety of clients.

As we’re building our creative department in Montreal, we’re looking for a person that masters their craft and can help bring creative ideas to life.

You will be playing a **key role** in establishing the creative department in Montreal.

We’re looking for someone who can:

- ** Turn ideas and boring PowerPoint slides into attention-grabbing tangible creative solutions.** Together with our team translate strategic thoughts into creative executions in either video, photo, animation, or something we haven’t thought about before
- ** Possess not just exceptional art direction skills, but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking as well.** That means creating attention-grabbing visuals and executions that fit our client's DNA and can captivate our client's target audience.

Execute ideas **You know how to use your own great skill set, mobilize your amazing colleagues' skillets or activate skill sets from freelance talents in the industry.
- ** Help bridge the gap between Design, Strategy, and Creative. **You will play an essential role in building the bridge between strategy and creativity in our Montreal office. You will be able to flex the ideation muscle working with concept development, and ideation for platforms, campaigns, tactics, and messaging. All of this should all be within your wheelhouse but more importantly - turning them into tangible solutions and making the idea come to life.

**And you will**:

- Generate ideas, create pitches and execute on production on a wide range of digital content and campaigns
- Be one of the first talents in the new creative department in the Montreal office.
- Work closely with the other teams of Designers, Strategists and Sales, to create kick-ass creative ideas and execution.
- Have a close collaboration with the Creative team in Copenhagen.

- You know how to mesmerize a large group of stakeholders when presenting ideas.
- You know how to handle clients and can steer a small production.
- You have a kick-ass portfolio that shows the range of work you’ve done.
- You are eager and ready to be part of something unique in building a new creative department

**What we require from you**:

- You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, media or a related field
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong portfolio of sample projects - Freelance work is a BIG plus
- You possess strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro), Figma or similar tools that bring your ideas to life
- Fluent in English (+French is a plus)
