We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Door and Cabinet Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various production projects. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of door and cabinet manufacturing and installation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with production and installation team members to allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of materials to maintain smooth workflow.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a production coordination or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production planning software.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
