**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Make outgoing calls to clients, policyholders, and insurance providers to gather or provide information as required.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of phone conversations, correspondence, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and insurance agents, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Provide administrative support to insurance agents, including preparing insurance forms, policy documents, and other related paperwork.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, policy changes, and company procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Perform any other office duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
