Playground is expanding and is currently seeking professional _Surveillance Supervisors_ to join our diligent and experienced surveillance team.

In addition to their primary responsibilities, the Surveillance Supervisor will assume the task of training and mentoring new team members, guaranteeing their adherence to policies, procedures, and our office rules, while simultaneously ensuring the safety of all Playground personnel and visitors is upheld and monitored.

**Firm Office Schedule**:PART-TIME**

**Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, - 8. AM - 4. PM**

**OR**

**Saturday and Sunday - 4. PM - 12. AM**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Inform the Surveillance Manager, of all internal incidents involving disgruntled/unsatisfied/unprofessional/ or surveillance staff who are in breach of the code of conduct as well as any action taken to correct each situation.
- Provide training and guidance to all new and current Surveillance Staff
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Demonstrate proficiency and logical reasoning for diverse situations
- Committed to detecting and preventing any potential threats or suspicious activity, and taking swift and decisive action to address them

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Surveillance Supervisors will be responsible for leading a team of surveillance professionals during their day-to-day operations while providing feedback, correction, and guidance on all observations during their shifts. Supervisors will collaborate closely with each other and the surveillance manager through open discussions and displaying strong cooperation.
- By utilizing our surveillance equipment, tools, and comprehensive manuals, all operators are responsible for Safeguarding the establishment's assets and maintaining the integrity of gaming and business operations by proactively identifying any suspicious activities, potential threats, or fraudulent behavior.
- It is the responsibility of the active supervisor, in the absence of the surveillance manager, to correct, amend, and resolve any undesirable situation within their capabilities.
- To report any surveillance staff violations, misuse of camera equipment, misconduct, unproductive tendencies, any absence of sound judgment, unprofessional conduct, aggressive behavior, and exposing confidential or internal knowledge.
- To ensure seamless communication between the surveillance team, executives, and department management to relay any pertinent information, updates, and incidents.
- Conduct investigations and reviews promptly and efficiently while simultaneously formulating reports and records that could be used as evidence in legal cases resulting in criminal charges against guests, vendors, or employees.
- To uphold and foster an environment that promotes continuous professional development, growth, and success for every team member, cultivating a cohesive and high-performing team.
- To maintain, improve and enhance your professional knowledge of surveillance policies and procedures to ensure that the proper guidance and support can be delivered to new and current operators who need assistance
- Through diligent monitoring and prompt action, all surveillance staff aims to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment within Playground.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, management inquiries, and all reviews related to surveillance activities promptly.
- Responsible for carefully monitoring our video surveillance system and detecting potential liability issues, illegal activity, and assisting in maintaining the overall safety of customers and staff
- Monitor and report on the performance and state of the surveillance equipment if required
- Monitor and report on any abnormalities regarding the state of the establishment ie - fire alarm systems, emergency door breaches, and burglary alarm systems, and communicate them logically to our contacts.
- Monitor and report on the performance and behavior of Playground employees and the actions of Playground guests (_particularly the actions with the potential to threaten the assets, reputation, and overall operation of the organization_)
- Monitor and report on all activities of regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services personnel who arrive on the premises
- Proactively observes and reviews video to complete required documentation of specific incidents including, but not limited to, customer complaints, procedural errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, thefts, and discrepancies
- Responsible for monitoring table games, EGD machines, and all critical areas of the gaming floor.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 year of comprehensive knowledge of surveillance techniques, equipment, and software.
- 2+ years of team supervisory experience
- Possesses a solid foundation and advanced understanding of poker, enabling effective monitoring and identification of any irregularities or suspicious activities during gameplay.
