**Position**: Asset Protection Supervisor

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Sudbury, ON

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Asset Protection Supervisor** with strong leadership capabilities, sound judgement, and the ability to guide front-line guards in high-traffic retail environments. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support site needs, and ensure staff performance aligns with Wolfpack’s high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support front-line Asset Protection Investigators across various client sites
- Monitor staff compliance with protocols, use of force policy, and customer service expectations
- Conduct internal site inspections and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
- Liaise directly with client management and respond to escalated issues
- Conduct visible and strategic patrols within client premises
- Identify high-risk individuals and manage incidents involving theft, disorder, or safety concerns
- De-escalate situations using communication-based techniques and training
- Ensure accurate and timely incident reporting and documentation
- Participate in onboarding and on-the-job training of new staff

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Ontario Security Guard License**:

- Valid **First Aid/CPR/AED** certification
- **2+ years of retail crime/AP experience**:

- Proven experience in **1+ year of direct supervisory or team leadership**:

- Must have the ability to **travel independently**between multiple sites; access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset.
- **Certified in Use of Force and De-escalation**, or willing to complete required training within 30 days of employment
- Strong knowledge of the **Criminal Code of Canada** and **Trespass to Property Act**:

- Have the ability to use your words to **de-escalate situations**, and recognize when safety is at risk requiring disengagement and Police involvement.
- Strong **customer service** skills when interacting with clients, staff, and the public
- Working knowledge of **surveillance systems**, including **CCTV monitoring and operation**:

- Excellent **observational skills**with the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Strong **communication skills** for effective collaboration with team members and law enforcement.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable shifts as needed

- Retail Crime/Asset Protection: 2 years (required)
