**FIT TECHNICIAN**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend fitting sessions with live fit model and fit mannequin.
- Comment on fit samples, pre-production and production samples, for quality, fit, measurement

accuracy and construction standards.
- Supply and maintain full graded spec to suppliers once fit is approved.
- Identify construction problems and find solutions.
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers for corrections and fit comments.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years experience.
- Needs understanding of garment construction, including specs and grading.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well to work independently.
- Pattern making knowledge is an asset, but not required

**TECHNICIEN/TECHNICIENNE EN ESSAYAGE**

**Responsabilités**:

- Participer à des séances d’essayage avec un modèle et un mannequin d’essayage sur place.
- Commenter les échantillons d’ajustement, les échantillons de préproduction et de production, pour la qualité, l’ajustement, la précision des mesures et les normes de confection.
- Fournir et maintenir un cahier des charges complet aux fournisseurs une fois l’ajustement approuvé.
- Identifier les problèmes de confection et trouver des solutions.
- Communiquer et faire le suivi avec les fournisseurs pour les corrections et les commentaires

sur l’ajustement.

**Exigences**
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience.
- Compréhension nécessaire de la confection de vêtements, y compris les spécifications et la gradation.
- Sens du détail et de l’organisation.
- Communication écrite et orale exceptionnelle.
- Connaissance de MS Office (Excel). Connaissance de Photoshop et Illustrator.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, ainsi qu’à travailler de manière autonome.
- La connaissance du modélisme est un atout, mais pas obligatoire.
