**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install various types of flooring materials, including tile, laminate, hardwood, and vinyl.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to cut, shape, and install flooring materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in flooring installation or a related field is an ABSOLUTE MUST.
- Proficiency in floor laying techniques and familiarity with various flooring materials.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding project specifications.
- Experience using hand tools commonly used in flooring installation.
- A background as a carpenter or maintenance person is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
