J&L Window Coverings is seeking a full-time Seamstress Sewing Machine operator. The position is in Vancouver, BC.

Individuals must have an eye for design, be self-motivated, and organized, have great attention to detail, and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Previous 3-5 years of experience in Drapery, Blinds are preferred.

**Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Make made-to-measure drapery according to customers' specifications and fit requests using sewing machines.
- Design patterns to fit measurements
- Mark, cut, and sew fabric
- May alter and repair as required.
- Select and modify commercial patterns to customers' specifications
- Design, lay out, cut, sew, and press fabric, leather, and other materials into hats and related accessories.
- Fit, alter, and repair Fabric, Linin according to customers' requirements.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
