We are currently looking to grow our litigation team. If you are energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player, we are looking for you
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document assembly and preparation of electronic documents.
- Handling document filings, registrations, and conducting thorough proofreading of various correspondences.
- Implementing an efficient file management and organization system, encompassing conflict searches, file openings, and database maintenance.
- Calculating and overseeing deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinating meetings, projects, and organizing events in collaboration with administrative and support staff.
- Demonstrating effective problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach when necessary.
- Exhibiting strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Upholding strict client confidentiality standards.
- Working collaboratively with administrative and support staff.
- Adhering to firm policies and procedures.
- Experience with legal accounting software, such as Esilaw/Unity Accounting, for invoice preparation and account management.
- Adobe knowledge as we use this to build all forms of affidavits.
- Strong diarization skills to ensure dates are not missed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
