Banquet Cook

**Position: Line Cook - Banquets**
**Your Day To Day Duties**:
- Prepare and deliver a high quality culinary experience and execute on our menu items
- Create flow on the line by ensuring up to date knowledge of inventory levels at your station and timely delivery of food orders
- Take accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present
- You will work towards achieving individual and team goals
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**You have**:
- You share a passion for culinary arts
- Experience in culinary within banquets and full service hotel environments is an asset
- Prior cooking experience and willingness to learn
- Versed in food safety to ensure the highest standards are executed (Food Safe Level 1 preferred)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Other duties and tasks assigned by your manager, as required
**Special Requirements and Certifications**:
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds
