**What Will You Be Doing?**
As a Farm Market Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping create a welcoming environment and ensuring that our market runs smoothly. You’ll wear many hats throughout the day, including:

- **Customer Service & Cashiering**: Provide exceptional service and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience. You'll operate cash registers and POS devices with efficiency.
- **Phone Support**: Answer customer inquiries and assist with phone orders or requests.
- **Prepping & Stocking**: Keep shelves stocked with fresh produce and products. Use your eye for detail to maintain attractive and organized displays.
- **Produce Quality**: Rotate and cull items to make sure our produce meets our high standards of freshness and quality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with your team to ensure everything is in place, especially in busy times.
- **Physical Tasks**: You’ll need to lift up to 50 lbs (produce boxes, hay bales, etc.), help unload deliveries, and keep everything in order.
- **Market Cleanliness**: Keep the market clean and tidy, making sure it’s always ready for customers.
- **Health & Safety**: Adhere to all health protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and team members.
- **Occasional Harvesting**: Depending on the season, you may help harvest produce to keep our stock fresh and diverse.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and organizing produce and deliveries, ability to be on foot majority of the day.
- Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to maintaining product quality
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or farm markets is a plus, but not required
- A passion for local food, sustainable farming, and community-driven businesses
- Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a collaborative setting
