**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a key member of our retail team, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales goals and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

We sell Landscape supplies, gardening supplies, and farm supplies. Other jobs will include stocking shelves, pricing, processing sales, tidying & cleaning, and answering phones. Willingness to learn about new products and work well independently and with a team required.

Must be available Tuesdays - Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, packaging merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
