**The Fickle Fig Farm Market is looking for professional and dedicated team players with baking and technical skills to join our expanding team. We are looking for individuals available part time with some baking experience.**

The position entails starting and finishing a daily rotation of bread, including sourdough, multigrain, baguettes, brioche, focaccia, and light rye loaves, as well as baking croissants, & Danish's, and their fillings. Other responsibilities include prepping fresh pizza dough and brioche buns, and baking off the daily scones, cinnamon buns, muffins, and preparing batters.

This is a part time position (minimum 1 shift per week, but open to 2 shifts per week)/ We are flexible to the schedule, but prefer the same shift each week. The job is suitable for someone looking to step into their career, and share their experience in a high volume bakery with the desire to learn. Shifts are 8 hours long, and between the hours of 6pm and 6am. Your shift should be completed by 6am, as our first delivery goes out shortly after. The hours are otherwise flexible.

Skills and experience required:

- At least some experience in baking, credit due for field related education.
- Efficient working ethic, and reliability.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive and dynamic personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work independently.
- Be willing and eager to learn.
- Use creativity and ingenuity.
- Be a problem solver.
