**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as online queries from clients.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on using company products and services, solving both technical and non-technical issues.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly, offering accurate and up-to-date information.
- Input data into the CRM system and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex client issues.
- Participate in gathering client feedback to improve service quality.

- Experience in a call center or customer service role (IT sector experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
