**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as online queries from clients.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on using company products and services, solving both technical and non-technical issues.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly, offering accurate and up-to-date information.
- Input data into the CRM system and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex client issues.
- Participate in gathering client feedback to improve service quality.
- Keep records of client interactions and issues for reporting purposes.
**What We Expect from You**:
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (IT sector experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve complex client situations effectively.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other basic IT tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the tech field.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.55-$22.80 per hour
