Working as a guide for DiVRge: Virtual Reality Playground would entail you helping people navigate the brave frontier of VR. You would be an ambassador for virtual reality, guiding new clients and return players through this exciting immersive technology.

Located at 2711 Yonge Street, we boast a 3000 square foot space with 18 HTC Vive stations sporting a plethora of games at our storefront. You would get to experience this advanced technology and be exposed to all the latest developments

We have a very strong team at DiVRge who work together and support each other, and we would love for you to be a part of it.

As a guide, you would be responsible for ensuring that everyone that puts on a headset has nothing short of a phenomenal time. You would do so by:

- Ensuring that the guests are properly oriented and know what they are doing during their session.
- Provide helpful tips and practical help for guests who have never tried this technology before.
- Guide patrons through various VR experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced team based environment.
- Being the host of parties and contributing to a conducive and social atmosphere.
- Ensuring that bookings and the schedule is adhered to in a professional manner.
- Be able to think on their feet quickly in fast paced scenarios.
- Be patient and articulate in providing assistance to patrons.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Work well together with others in a team based environment.
- Prior tech experience is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All VR equipment since before the pandemic has always been and will continue to always be sanitized between each use.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M4N 2H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
