Do you thrive in high-energy environments, love games, and enjoy helping others learn something new? We’re looking for engaging, tech-friendly individuals to join our VR Arcade crew as **Experience Hosts**. You’ll help guests navigate and enjoy virtual reality games and simulations in a fast-paced, fun-first atmosphere.

This is a public-facing, hands-on role where your ability to teach, troubleshoot, and interact warmly with customers makes all the difference in their experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting guests during their VR sessions
- Guiding first-time users through VR gear setup and game instructions
- Ensuring everyone is having fun — and staying safe — while immersed in virtual worlds
- Collaborating with team members to reset stations, manage time slots, and maintain arcade flow
- Supporting general operations including light tech troubleshooting and guest service

What We’re Looking For
- **Customer-Facing Confidence**: You’re enthusiastic, clear, and patient — especially when guiding people through something new
- **Tech Comfort**: You’re comfortable with gadgets, computers, or gaming systems. Familiarity with VR is a plus, but not required
- **Team-First Mentality**: You communicate well with teammates and are eager to jump in when someone needs support
- **Adaptability**: You’re cool under pressure and can calmly handle unexpected guest questions, tech glitches, or busy periods

Availability
- You must be available on **Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays**, and **holidays**:

- At least **1-2 weekdays** of additional availability is ideal
