Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist You'll address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring optimal resolutions to maximize satisfaction. Support our Sales Representatives while delivering exceptional service, guided by our seven core values, including sustainability (people, planet, profit), in all responsibilities.

**You’re good at**:

- Addressing Customer and Sales Representative inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the best resolution for highest satisfaction.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills by investigating discrepancies and tracing missing shipments.
- Managing various responsibilities, from verifying customer account details to processing credits and returns, with ease.
- Working cooperatively and respectfully with team members, following all given instructions, procedures and safety policies.

**What you have**:

- A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) qualification, along with a Bachelor’s degree in science, nutrition, or a related field, preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in natural nutrition and supplement industry, showing knowledge of industry trends.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in French as an asset.
- Strong skills in customer service, coupled with ability to handle high-profile and demanding customer accounts.
