**At Unlimited Gaming Tech we strive to provide a wide variety of affordable electronics, through Canada wide e-commerce.**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Testing open-box products to ensure item’s integrity is in tact, prior to selling.
- Create marketplace online listings to sell products.
- Vacuum, wash and maintain the tidiness of warehouse, showroom and work vehicles.
- Answer incoming calls related to business needs/inquiries.
- Offer customer service to patrons visiting storefront.

Our ideal UGT Customer Experience Specialist:
**-**Valid driver’s licence.
- Valid criminal background check.
- Must have permanent residency or valid work permit.
- Speaks and understands English fluently.
- Proficiency in relationship building/customer care skills.
- Available to work weekdays & weekends; inline with business needs.
- Ability to be task oriented while working independently or alongside other staff.
- Ability to identify priority tasks and re-prioritize incoming workflow pertaining to urgent matters while on-the-go.
