**About you**:
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will work directly with Project Management Office towards the successful delivery of IT and Business projects on time/scope/budget/quality. You will use your solid project management skills and experience to collaborate with passionate business units to deliver world class customer focused solutions. You enjoy planning, managing, and leading the delivery of detailed business and system requirements that align to the organizations standards and frameworks. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate flexibility, a sense of urgency, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

**About you / qualifications**:

- 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification or related certifications are considered an advantage.
- Project management experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, and/or Government.
- Strong leadership abilities working with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communications, dealing with key stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Progressive experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working on projects related to core banking systems, 3rd party integrations into core banking systems, and/or software development is considered an asset.
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess situations, develop action plans, and lead a team to execute on them.
- Highly proficient with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

**About the day-to-day**:

- Work with and lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives focusing on delivering improved business results and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build relationships with key stakeholder and vendors.
- Lead discovery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Agile projects.
- Lead discovery, planning, execution, closeout, warranty, and lessons learned for Waterfall projects.
- Remove roadblocks for the team in an efficient and effective manner.
- Project CAPEX/OPEX financial forecasting and tracking of actuals.
- Develop resource estimates based and negotiating with Business/IT to provide them.
- Manage the development of project artefacts such as RAID logs, roadmaps, backlogs, business cases, test plans, user guides, process maps, user stories, tasks, blockers, acceptance criteria, and other documentation as needed.
- Lead change management and organizational readiness activities.
- Prepare presentations or status reports as required and other duties as assigned.
