**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and innovate on menu creation, ensuring a delightful blend of flavors and presentation.
- Guarantee the highest standards of plate execution, both in taste and visual appeal.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes.
- Step in and direct food preparation alongside or in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
- Tackle and resolve any challenges that arise, taking command of situations as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen personnel, evaluating their performance to foster a productive work environment.
- Procure ingredients and supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and managing inventory effectively.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with team members and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Chef role or a similar senior position in the culinary field.
- Deep understanding of diverse cooking practices, ingredients, tools, and techniques.
- A strong track record in kitchen and team management.
- Ability to swiftly address and resolve unexpected issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and best practices within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using various software tools (MS Office, restaurant management systems, POS) to streamline kitchen operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, certification, or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
