Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality dining experiences across fine dining, banquets, and events. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on culinary expertise, and the ability to manage teams, menus, and operations while maintaining strict food quality and safety standards. The Executive Chef plays a key role in operational excellence and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Develop and update menus aligned with current trends and brand standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Manage inventory, procurement, food production, and cost control
  • Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions, including dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and planning
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary skills and food handling
  • Oversee kitchen equipment, storage, and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining, banquets, catering, or restaurant leadership
  • Strong background in culinary operations and kitchen management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and cost management
  • Experience with menu planning and catering operations
  • Understanding of dietary requirements and menu adaptation
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Culinary training or certifications are an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
