Job Summary
- Perform exterior residential window cleaning using water-fed pole systems, with occasional ladder use for first-story windows (e.g., garage overhangs).
- Work in a fun, fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Window Cleaning:

- Perform exterior residential window cleaning using water-fed pole systems to ensure streak-free results.
- Occasionally use ladders for first-story windows or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., garage overhangs).

Customer Satisfaction:

- Provide professional and friendly service to homeowners.
- Address basic customer inquiries or feedback during jobs.

Equipment Handling:

- Safely transport, set up, and maintain cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., water-fed poles, hoses, and ladders).
- Perform basic equipment checks to ensure proper functionality.

Safety Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols, including proper ladder usage and site-specific safety checks.

Efficiency and Time Management:

- Complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency on multi-home routes.

Work Environment:

- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay at $22/hour + Tips, with regular opportunities for raises based on performance and loyalty. Most of our cleaners average out to $25-$30/HR

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- VEHICLE REQUIRED
- Experience: No prior window cleaning experience needed; we provide full training.
- Must have a positive attitude and be open-minded to learning new skills and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and occasional ladder use.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Are you willing to work at heights and do you feel comfortable with ladders?
