Window Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning duties using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning solutions to ensure a streak-free finish.
• Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to identify any damage or needed repairs.
• Utilize proper safety equipment and techniques when working at heights or in challenging environments.
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to overall cleanliness and upkeep of properties.
• Handle heavy lifting when required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for the job.

Pay: $17.20-$34.43 per hour
