**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the big picture and ensure that we are meeting all KPIs for Mary Browns
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff by providing training, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and manage inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation processes.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated leadership and a growth mindset.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
