As a Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team at CI Financial, you will play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction, serving as a critical liaison between advisors and the head office. Your responsibilities will involve understanding advisors' strategies, collaborating with them to enhance their business, and ensuring the seamless operation of the client service team. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry, advisor practices, and strong soft skills for effective business development and client service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and manage an assigned client service team, ensuring excellence in performance and task execution.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining organization and promptly addressing escalated items.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities.
- Provide invaluable support to advisors by identifying areas for business improvement and offering strategic solutions.
- Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal
- Collaborate closely with the back office for escalations and identify workflow efficiencies.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset
- Ability to interpret data and use as a tool to coach your team
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with industry-related client service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
