**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for pre-construction projects.
- Support the planning and execution of sales launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Assist with CRM management, including updating client databases and tracking leads.
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, pre-construction, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator),
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
