Sales and Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers across various industries
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure staffing contracts
- Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions
- Collaborate with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets and KPIs
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports on activity and results
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities to build brand awareness and generate leads
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- **2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in a staffing or recruitment agency**:
- Strong understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry, including contract, permanent, and temp hiring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Existing network of clients or industry contacts
- Experience in niche staffing.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
