As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and ability to assist customers will contribute to the success of our store. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to have you on our team.

We will be hiring for both Part-time and Full-time positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
