Revita Skin Clinic is looking for individuals who are customer service-oriented, bright, can retain a large amount of information, have a sparkling personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing clients with exemplary customer service with warmth, graciousness, and efficiency.
- Makes every client feel welcome and valued during each interaction at the clinic and over the phone.
- Ensures a timely flow of patients through the clinic and responds to patients' concerns in a courteous manner.
- Providing available information about the treatments to patients while completing intake forms.
- Comfort patient’s uneasiness prior to appointments, answering questions while maintaining the reception area.
- Updating patients' accounts in the system, obtaining personal information, and recording treatments.
- Review payment records, identify outstanding charges, collect monies owing, preparing invoices and receipts.
- Ability to quickly familiarize and be comfortable with multiple services and treatments we offer.

**Skills**
- Processing payments while communicating with technicians, nurses, doctors, staff, and patients.
- Coordinate an effective schedule by booking appointments to accommodate clients and maximize time.
- Superior customer service, multi-tasking, flexibility, professional appearance and demeanor, telephone and computer skills, time management, great organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.

**Experience**
- Previous medical clinic reception experience is an asset.
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and quick learner of computer skills and scheduling systems.
- Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the multiple services we offer.
- Creating content on Instagram and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Effectively prepare the clinic with opening and closing duties.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
