**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Immersive Experience Attendants will be responsible for providing quality customer service. They will be in direct contact with visitors and will be responsible for welcoming them according to the training provided in terms of artistic content and operational support. They will have the opportunity to develop specific knowledge of new virtual reality technologies.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcome visitors, validate their tickets and prepare groups for their entry into the experience;
- Manage queues and direct visitors on their journey;
- Welcome and accompany visitors to the installation of various technological equipment as well as give the necessary explanations for the experience;
- Answer visitor questions and manage customer service;
- Clean virtual reality equipment;
- Ensure the smooth running of the experience, support visitors in the event of technical problems;
- Communicate any technical or operational problems to the technician(s) on site;
- Ensure that spaces are safe, clean and operational during opening hours for the public;
- All other related tasks related to this position.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good oral command in English, for interacting with the clients;
- Be courteous at all times;
- Neat and clean appearance, good physical condition (due to long working hours);
- Ability to stand and be physically active for long periods of time;
- Experience in arts and culture or entertainment an asset;
- Available evenings and weekends;
- Available for training (dates to be determined);
- Organized, punctual, energetic, and welcoming;
- Certified in first aid, an asset.

Experience with virtual reality equipment as well as experience in customer service will be taken into consideration, as well as the ability to work independently and show initiative.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
