Guests come for hand-crafted fare in an environment surrounded by natural light and mile-high ceilings and warm, personal touch of our immersive dining experience as they interact with chefs who present their creations.

**Duties**:

- Set up display case filled with fresh baked hand-made pastries, breads.
- Plating and serving directly to our guest from the selection of ready-made delicacies.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation and handling
- Package food items for takeout orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain dish area and close down at end of evening shift

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong multitasking skills to maintain display line and dish area throughout service
- Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and help out in various kitchen tasks
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
