**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch based on client needs and schedules.
- Monitor and track routes to ensure timely deliveries/pickups.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide real-time updates.
- Handle unforeseen circumstances and adjust schedules as needed to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and report any incidents or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6Y 0V6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
