We are a dynamic fast paced organization looking to enhance our Dispatch Operations. The Dispatcher in this role would be required to:
1. Handle all operations related to Inbound USA including scheduling, planning, dispatching in a timely manner with proper instructions during unavailability.

4. Update TMS in real time, tracking drivers and updating customers live as events happen.

5. Check Asset availability in real time in TMS as well as other designated systems to book Loads proactively ensuring maximum revenue while keeping driver HOS availability, compliance, equipment and special instructions in mind

6. Note, request and collect any accessorial charges associated with any pickup or delivery.

7. Keep accurate daily record of trailers dropped at customer locations and repossessing them asap along with daily record of empty trailers available in our designated Yard.

8. Note, request and collect extra charges from customers for trailer detention.

9. Get Load pictures from drivers to ensure cargo securement.

10. Ensure correct Loads/POs are picked up with proper paperwork for all inbound cross-border shipments.

11. Compliance with weight regulations for US. Scaling all heavy Loads as close to pick up locations as possible.

12. Ensure Loads are delivered with clean bills and proper paperwork with signatures depending on the number of Drops and PO’s.

13. Ensure proper protocols are followed for temperature-controlled shipments and loads with special requirements such as Team Service, Expedite Loads, Hazmat, etc.

14. Fulfill any other tasks as may be required to enhance Dispatch Operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
