**What you will be Doing**:
**NetSuite Ownership**
- Assist with completion of NetSuite implementation and serve as the in-house expert.
- Administer, configure, and enhance NetSuite to support evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing training, documentation, and user support to maximize system adoption.

**Systems Administration**
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, including licensing, permissions, and security.
- Implement system improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manager our external IT Service Provider.

**IT Asset Logistics**
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including purchasing, deployment, tracking, and retirement of computers, phones, and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely provisioning for staff.

**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with all departments to understand needs and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Serve as a resource across the organization, providing clear communication and support on IT and system-related matters.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with NetSuite administration, including implementation, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration; Power BI expertise preferred.
- Experience with FieldCap or similar field service management systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of IT asset management processes (procurement, provisioning, decommissioning).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Service company experience required; oil & gas industry experience is an asset.
