As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Assist customers in the purchasing process, including handling transactions and processing returns or exchanges.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
