**Overview**:
As an Account Representative for Haakon Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships in Whistler and the Sea to Sky Corridor. Your focus will be on retaining and growing our client base in the areas of HVAC/Plumbing preventative maintenance and retrofit installation, as well as service and repair for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, hydronics, electrical, and recommissioning/optimization services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners in Whistler and the Sea to Sky Corridor.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term partnerships for HVAC/Plumbing maintenance, installation, and repair services.
- Promote Haakon’s full range of services including HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, electrical, and recommissioning/optimization.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver presentations, prepare and follow up on proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Service and Business Development teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities in the HVAC and mechanical service sectors.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Whistler and Sea to Sky Corridor markets is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
