We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - to join our Recruitment team reporting to the Director, People and Culture. You will provide general recruitment support.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment & onboarding).
- Assist with development of DEI programs.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, including surveys, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Provide general administrative support for the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining employee files.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis related to recruitment and talent management metrics.
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
