**Job Overview**:
**Wage**:Starting from $18/hr depending on experience

**Schedule**: Part-time position with varying shifts. The Main is open from 8am-3pm seven days a week with extend hours until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays with plans to add more evenings in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to assemble and serve menu items as needed.
- Monitor and replenish supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server/bartender.
- Proficiency in barista skills, including espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art not required but preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques preferred.
- Experience in food preparation and assembly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
