We are looking for an Education Enablement Manager to join our Infoblox Education Team, reporting to the Director, Technical Training. In this role, you will build and lead the education enablement function at Infoblox to meet the needs of our fast-growing education subscription customers. You will develop relationships with customers, encourage the use of our offerings, capture customer feedback, drive renewals, and uncover new sales opportunities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive learning subscription usage, CSAT, and renewals
- Onboard new accounts into learning subscriptions
- Manage numerous customer contacts at different stages of the subscription lifecycle
- Be a trusted partner and guide to customers on their Infoblox learning journey
- Establish a regular cadence with customers to review requests, dashboards, and CSAT
- Advocate for your customers’ needs with Education’s sales, operations and development teams and escalate customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
- Work with other Infoblox customer-facing teams to support accounts and identify product and education cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across customer organizations
- Develop communication campaigns, track your activity, and monitor success rates
- Provide strategic input to continually evolve and develop our learning subscription strategy
- Exceed your customer usage, CSAT, and renewals targets

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management of education products or services for a global organization
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for their success
- Fresh ideas for customer adoption and churn mitigation
- Networking skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and create confidence with colleagues and customers
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

**What success looks like**:
After six months, you will
- Establish great relationships with the Infoblox field, partners, and customers
- Confidently on-board and upsell learning solutions to Infoblox customers
- Recommend how to scale education subscription management at Infoblox

After about a year, you will
- Meet and exceed your customer usage, CSAT, and renewals targets
- Be a highly regarded expert on Infoblox Education
- Actively scale the Education success management function at Infoblox
