**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manual Labor Support**: Perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying materials, and demolition work to support renovation and restoration projects on multi-residential buildings.
- **Tool Operation**: Safely and effectively operate hand tools
- **Site Preparation & Cleanup**: Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring all equipment and materials are safely stored. Ensure the worksite is clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time, including assisting with the installation of fixtures, drywall, flooring, and other materials specific to renovation projects.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment, performing basic maintenance to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- **Safety Adherence**: Strictly follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on job sites, ensuring all work is conducted safely and in compliance with industry standards.
- **Renovation & Restoration Support**: Assist with tasks specific to renovation and restoration of multi-residential buildings, including drywall installation, flooring removal, surface preparation, and painting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions.
- **Construction Tool Proficiency**: Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized renovation equipment.
- **Safety Awareness**: Basic understanding of construction safety practices and the ability to follow safety procedures on the job site.
- **Teamwork & Communication**: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and fellow workers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capable of addressing and troubleshooting challenges that may arise during renovation and restoration tasks.
- **Reliability & Work Ethic**: Strong commitment to getting the job done, showing up on time, and completing tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in renovation or restoration work, particularly on multi-residential buildings.
- Knowledge of building materials and finishes commonly used in interior renovation projects.
- Ability to read basic construction plans and blueprints.
- Experience with specialized tools for renovation, such as tile cutters, demolition hammers, and scaffolding.
