To efficiently listen and accomplish tasks as outlined by the assigned leader on a specific project or for the general health of the company.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- To be on-time and consistent to be at work as per the schedule
- To consistently track your time within Procore according to the Cost Code you are completing.
- To work efficiently at the tasks outlined to you by the lead on the project.
- Clearly communicate any needs you have to the Field Foreman to make your working conditions more efficient in a timely manner.
- To abide by all WorkSafe BC requirements as outlined in initial safety orientation on a project-to-project basis.
- To be solutions focused rather than highlighting the problems
- To bring/wear your own PPE and personal tools to the site, knowing you will need them to gain access to the site and be productive throughout the day, without this you would be sent home without pay
- To aid in the overall output of the field team, completing any tasks that require to be done.
- Aid in keeping job site clean
- Move materials where needed

**Skills**:

- Has proven exceptional communication skills
- Is comfortable using technology and innovative solutions to track job progress and accountability
- Has a desire to be a part of a quickly growing team and has a growth mindset
- Is a problem solver, not a problem finder
- Has moderate knowledge of the construction industry, specifically building envelope
- Holds accountability to him/herself as much as the management team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
