Burlington, Canada LIV Communities Full time

LIV Communities is a new home builder and land development company operating out of a head office in Burlington. We are seeking a low-rise residential Contracts Administrator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare documents and data analysis support for the budgeting and tendering processes.
- Prepare contract documents for trade partners and suppliers as they are awarded.
- Review purchaser standard, upgrade and option selections documents provided by the Design Centre for accuracy, clarity, and inclusion of all required items.
- Generate purchase orders using Builder Lynx software ensuring clear instruction of the work required and a detailed breakdown of contract extras pricing within strict timelines based on construction start dates as directed.
- Prepare and distribute construction files containing all relevant documents to site staff and trades.
- Respond to inquiries for lot-specific information from site staff and trades.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills
- Post-secondary education in office/business administration or equivalent in training and experience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including Word and intermediate level Excel.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong judgement and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and procedures as they relate to purchase orders, invoice approvals and budgets.
- Communication skills - communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external staff and trades.
