**Contract Administrator, Operations, Contract**
As a Contract Administrator, you will collaborate with a team of approximately 30 colleagues, providing essential support in file preparation. Your responsibilities will include organizing files for auditing, booking, and imaging, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will oversee the proper categorization of files into designated Vaults while maintaining correct naming conventions for seamless imaging.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

**Day to Day**
- Responsible for file preparation for imaging
- Splitting PDF's when received as a bundle
- Adding Nomenclature as required for imaging
- Place PDF's into the correct Vaults
- Complete compliance checks before starting the audit process example address validation.
- Ensure PPSA is complete
- Assist from time to time with PPSA registrations and search requests
- Accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
- Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with customers, and co-workers in support of the overall sales effort.
- As part of the Contract Administration team the Contract Administrator will also be called upon from time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team.
- Some Overtime and/or restricted PTO usage is needed during peak periods, typically during the last week of the month, quarter and year end.

**Essentials**
- Ability to work additional hours during periods of high volume/ Month End
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment

- Customer service skills including the ability to interact with end use customers, vendors and dealers and members from all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Identify exceptions and manage resolution

- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently

**Extras**:
- Bilingual (French/ English) is an asset
- Leasing or Financing experience preferably in transaction closings.
**_Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST_**
