**JOB PROFILE**

**DATE**: July 15, 2025

**POSITION**: Digital Press Operator

**STATUS**: Permanent, full time

**SHIFT**:Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday

**HOURS**:3:00pm-11:30 pm

**LOCATION**: Richmond BC

**Core Requirements**
- Experience operating high speed digital press equipment (Konica Minolta preferred)
- Familiar with digital print workflows, files, and format requirements
- Passion for print, with high accountability for consistently producing quality work
- Computer experience - comfortable working in multiple software and design programs
- Proven trouble shooting experience with basic mechanical inclinations
- Assist in managing and maintaining all press room inventory, including paper and consumables
- Maintain a clean and organized pressroom

- Attention to detail in all areas of work, specifically jobs specs & colour accuracy
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Perform preventative maintenance & work with technicians to report & resolve issues
- Ability to multi-task and move efficiently between different responsibilities
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate potential overtime
